Greater Atlanta Adventist Academy Concert Choir consists of about 80 students, while the Greater Atlanta Adventist Academy Chorale consists of about 35 students.  These two ensembles are comprised of students from grades 9-12 who show musical ability and promise as it pertains to the vocal arts.  The choir was formed in 1986 under the direction of Mr. Luther Washington II, a graduate of Pine Forge Academy and Oakwood College, now Oakwood University.  Students audition for placement in the choir each school year.The musical selections range from the classical masterworks to gospel music.  The GAAA Concert Choir and Chorale serves as a public relations vehicle for the school, touring such places as the Carolinas, Savannah, Georgia, New York City, Washington, DC, Baltimore, Maryland, Miami and  Orlando, Florida, Chicago, Illinois, London, England, Bermuda, San Francisco and Sacramento, California and Dallas, Texas.  The major purpose of the choir and chorale is to lift up the name of Jesus, showing that young people do love the Lord and are called to serve Him in the ministry of music.
